I love to cook and feel that eating healthy, tasty food is key to any successful weight loss.  My love for cooking has been both a curse and a blessing.  Food has been the main reason for my additional pounds.  I have decided if I can couple   great tasting food with effective exercise, I can surely have a successful weight loss plan.  It is a perfect time to start a diet since it is January 1, 2017.  Making a New Years Resolution could not be easier.
