Welcome to my weight loss blog.  I hope that you will find this blog helpful as you go through your own body improving journey.

I stumbled across the Old School New Body System and will use it as I aim for an improved body and spirit. It is a great program which combines a reasonable eating plan along with easy exercises.  The best part of the workout routine is that it only requires 90 minutes a week.

Let's do this together.  I find it much easier to lose weight when I have "friends" to join me.
